Employee Welfare Coordinator (Trainee)(Open to Female candidates only)

Location: At Factory, Ezhupunna, Cherthala
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

Skill:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others, with a genuine interest in promoting employee well-being.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Readiness to work in multiple shifts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Role:
  • Assist in Conducting Welfare Checks: Accompany experienced coordinators during welfare checks to understand the process and interact with employees to assess their well-being and address any concerns.

  • Support Employee Assistance Programs: Assist in the implementation and promotion of employee assistance programs aimed at providing support for personal and work-related issues.

  • Coordinate Health and Safety Initiatives: Work with the health and safety team to promote and coordinate activities related to employee health and safety, including training sessions and awareness campaigns.

  • Facilitate Communication Channels: Help maintain open communication channels between employees and management to ensure concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Assist in Organizing Recreational Activities: Support the planning and execution of recreational and social activities aimed at fostering a positive work environment and team spirit among employees.

  • Participate in Training Sessions: Attend training sessions and workshops to learn about relevant policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee welfare and HR management in a factory setting.

  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee welfare records, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings.
