Production Officer
Location: AFDC (Accelerated Freeze Drying Company Ltd.), Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Science or Food Technology.
Experience: 1–3 years in food processing or manufacturing. Exposure to freeze-drying or dehydration is an advantage.
Skill:
- Knowledge of food production and safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000)
- Ability to monitor production and maintain records
- Problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Communication skills in Hindi and Kannada
Role: Supervise daily production at the freeze-drying facility, ensure smooth workflow from raw materials to packaging, monitor process parameters, maintain quality standards, and support efficiency improvements.
